I ordered a custom designed master bedroom suite from Roy and when I got the night tables, they were as agreed. But when it came to the wall unit, it was not made of solid wood as requested, and promised, it was put together on site, and when called to come back because it was not level, and the drawers did not function properly, he never came and never fixed it. If I had known that it would cost so much and be such a rip off, I never would have used the company. Roy was given numerous opportunities to repair the problem and never did. Totally disgusted.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Do as they promise, and put the customer first always.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Don't use Cheyenne.

Allen Smith plumbing is great. He always comes quickly, does good work, and if he makes a mistake he comes back free to correct. Sometimes he rushes a little too much, but he is good and very trustworthy.

Select Hardwood Floors

I used Select for all my upstairs when I bought my house. I called them back, and they never fixed the problem. Now I have a box of defective boards installed and it is varied throughout the upstairs. Then I called again a couple months ago, and they were supposed to come on, the appointments was set. They did not show, call or cancel, but closed their doors. Now unreachable.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Contact their customers and let them know how to make claims for warranty coverage.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Don't just check references, get as much as you can in writing, and don't pay unless 100% satisfied.
