I bought a milk frother there after several unsuccesful purchases and exchanges at Target. Got advised properly and it is still going strong 6 months later :). I would recommend shopping there for sure!
As part of a house purchase we wanted the pool inspected. He arrived and gave the pool a verbal 9 out of 10 and promised a written report the next day... We still haven't received it... and it is now useless to us.
