I hired Michael Zegarra through a referral made by my realtor, to do a home inspection on the loft I was purchasing in Gastown. Michael was very thorough and helpful. He went through his report with us in a detailed manor, and explained all of his concerns to us in order to make an informed decision on purchasing this property. Michael met all of our expectations, and I would certainly recommend his company to anyone looking for a home inspector.
