We heard about Laminate Warehouse through a family member. We needed to renovate the entire main floor (kitchen, living room, entrance and hallway). As soon as we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted and the gentleman asked what we were looking for. We simply told him we were looking for laminate flooring for our main floor. He asked if we knew anything about laminate flooring. We did not. He quickly gave us a tour of the wall of choices and asked which ones we were attracted to. He pulled a few items off the wall and explained why one was more durable or water resistant than another. He also showed us a material that he used all the time in home renovations. We asked more questions about the products and he even showed us how they click together, the different kinds of underlay, and gave us to tips for when figuring out what product would work best for us and where. ie. water resistant flooring near areas with water (kitchen) We checked out a few other places but couldn't stop comparing them to the product we saw at Laminate Warehouse and the price. We decided to order the product and we also decided to lay the flooring ourselves. They lent us a laminate floor cutter and gave us some types about laying the underlay and what to do along walls and corners. We returned to the store or called when we had questions about the installation and they had no trouble explaining to us or even showing us at the store how to manage things we were running into. Upon picking up the product, we noticed one of the boxes was damaged and so were the pieces of flooring. They immediately took another box from their storage and gave us ones that were not broken and apologized. Also, later during the installation, we got down to the last box of material and realized we were going to come up short, the kitchen cabinets were being put in the next day, so the floor had to be done that day! The store didn't have anymore boxes of the product we had bought and I told them our dilemma, they called a very good customer of theirs that does many home renovations and she had bought the same product. She had an extra box and was willing to sell it to us. It was a great way to solve our problem and we couldn't have thanked them more for going out of their way to ask around for more product. The customer service was always wonderful. They recognized us each time we came in. They knew how to answer our questions and would demonstrate if they could. They made sure we had the tools we needed for the installation but offered their services if it wasn't working for us on our own. We have recommended this company to our friends and family whom also purchased their product. We will be returning soon to purchase the flooring for our soon-to-be renovated bathrooms.

You'd think that Woodopolis only does flooring. However, they also carry other items, ie. vertical blinds, vanities, baseboards, etc. We ran into Woodopolis at the Maple Ridge Home Show recently and asked them about vertical blinds. They told us to come into the storefront to check out some choices we would have. Within a week of the home show, we went to Woodoplis and they showed us many sample cards of materials, and there were many choices. We then asked for them to come do a home estimate. The lady at the desk was just about to head out to do an estimate and asked if we would be able to have her drop by just before her next appointment. We so happened to live close enough and we agreed. Within 15 minutes she was at our door, took a few minutes to measure our sliding door and gave us our options. We were concerned that an inset vertical blind would not fit within the frame and she remeasured and reassured us that it would. Once we ordered the product, it came in quickly and we had decided to install the product ourselves (even though it would have only cost us another 70-90$) to have them do it. We went to pick up the product and they loaded it straight into our car. They explained not to bend any of the pieces and propped them so they were straight in the car. The lady whom had been helping us the entire way through our purchase let us know that if we did have problems installing, to simply call and they could walk us through the process, or we could change our mind and have someone come install them. They were very easy to install and we are very happy with the product! The service was great. We always dealt with the same person and she quickly identified who we were any time we came in or called with questions.

$290.00
