We had Rick come and inspect the home we were buying. He showed up promptly, explained all tools he was using, showed us what we were looking at and explained it all in detail. If he had concerns or recommendations he gave those professionally. He made us feel that the house we were buying was a good solid investment and we would have no issues. We received our home report a couple hours later in full detail. I would recommend this company anytime and if I ever need again I will definatley call.
