I first hired Arthur Skolnik of Shibui Landscaping about 4 years ago to tear down and replace our front porch (which was leaking into our basement) and driveway (which wasn't properly graded, and which had buckled severely). He and his excellent, professional team did a superb job, on time and on budget. His workers were polite, courteous, hardworking and knowledgeable. Four years later, everything still looks great, and our basement is dry. When we decided to remove an old, unsightly rotting wood back porch and build a stone patio, there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted to work with Shibui again. Once again, Arthur and his wonderful team of professionals did a great job, both in the design and execution.Arthur worked with us to keep costs down, while properly addressing unforeseen issues as they came up. The result is an amazing backyard that we are proud of. We would not hesitate to hire Shibui again (in fact, we are planning future projects), and would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

I have a master Remote Control, which works my entire complicated home entertainment system. I moved to Toronto and needed it re-programmed. I got in touch with a local company and they sent out Anthony, who did the work efficiently.I was happy to hear that he is now out on his own as the Company, which shall remain nameless, was dreadful to deal with (they wouldn't even return my calls). Anthony is usually there within 24 hrs of my notifying him. He solves the problem quickly and makes sure that everything works properly before he leaves.Anthony has done work for me about 4 times over the last year, and now that I am buying a new tv, I will use his services to mount the new set, and re-program my remote. Anthony is trustworthy, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so.
