I first heard of Randy about 10-years ago. At a committee meeting, I remarked that I had problems with my computer, and I would not be able to meet a publishing deadline. The person who recommended that I contact Randy to resolve my problem, assured me that he would respond promptly, that he was reliable, responsible and efficient in the service he provided to his clients. I invited Randy to my home office to determine that he would be able to quickly help to resolve my computer problem. Within a couple of hours he'd returned my aging computer to peak performance. To his credit, I was able to meet my publishing deadline. His diagnostic skills and competence in understanding and resolving my problems were phenomenal. I've begin to describe my problem, and at the same time his fingers were tapping instructions on the keyboard, to resolve the problem. When it was time for me to retire my computer, I asked Randy for advice in purchase of another computer, as he was familiar with what I expect from my machine. His advice was excellent. My current computer is absolutely perfect for all of the work that I do on it. I recently asked Randy for help to update my operate system. The advice I received, and the work he did for me, had my new operating system installed with minimal down-time. In recent years I've found it beneficial to have Randy visit annually to 'tweak' my computer. This 'annual maintenance' is done at a time convenient to both of us. I list the several minor problems I may be experiencing, and these are resolved in short order. At the same time he ensures that the computer programs I use are current, to offset possible future problems. So far, I haven't experienced any extraneous problems through the 12-month period that follows. Over the years I've recommended 'Electra Technologies' to many in my circle of friends at our local Community Centre. Those who've sought Randy's help, never fail to report back favourable. I have no hesitation in recommending Randy to anyone who needs the service of a knowledgeable, competent and reliable 'computer techie' to resolve their computer problems.
