Really quite bad. Their truck broke down so they broght a smaller truck. They then informed me once they finished loading that I was lucky it all fit or I would have had to pay for a second load.... Because of their mechanical failure... They dinged the ceilings and walls in several places, one of the guys was super sweaty and smeared sweat all over my wall. Really gross. At unload there were a lot of new scratches but nothing missing. When I went to pay with visa, they told me they had to add a surcharge which is against Visa's terms of use. Dismissive dealings with the owner and he basically told me to pound sand. He later had the gall to request me as a link on LinkedIn.... Beware he has several business names but the same joker operation.

They were a sub trade for my home reno. They came when they were supposed to, did a wicked job on my knockdown celining and were out of there without a trace. I noticed one tiny blemish a while later and they booked a time that was good for me and fixed er pronto.

Really good sales experience. Informative and no pressure. Pricing seemed alright. The only small blight is the carpet installer womped the baseboard while installing the smooth edge but didn't say anything. Again sales/service handled it well.

I created this profile just to refute a previous review I just read. It is full of fabfrications in everything I can verify from my own experiences. They are young but that does not mean they are unskilled. They did very well and I had a very nice job when they were finished. The minor touchups I had were promptly done and all cleanup was looked after. Where they truly went above and beyond is accommodating where other trades dropped the ball. They both adjusted their schedule plus pulled long shifts to get me back on schedule. Twice. All of their work was clearly spelled out in the contract and any extras I asked them to do they neatly spelled it all out in a supplemental contract. No muss no fuss and among the most professional trades we had in.
