Work was done late last fall. Am very happy with design and outcome. Vito was a pleasure to work with and his work crew was nothing less than professional. Have received many compliments on this. Looking forward now to landscaping to add the finishing touch. Would not hesitate to recommend this company! Great job guys! Thanks.
Reply to Company...Wish someone from the company other than the sales rep had contacted me. Allow me to clarify some incorrect information. I was not told before the flashing was added that it would be a rectangular addition and not the style that follows the brick. I was told this AFTER the flashing was up and I complained. Secondly I have an email in which I responded to sales rep re colour of flashing...when he said cream, I said same colour as rest of trims...beige. PS There is not part of my home that has cream coloured trim. Never did I say I would not pay for the job. What I suggested was that I withhold $500 until the flashing problem was rectified. Again this was relayed via email which I can provide to anyone who would like confirmation of this. Absolutely not true that I did not respond to sales reps contacts. In fact it was mostly my emails that initiated correspondence. Again...have them all if you would like to see them. The matter of the flashing above the door that was promised to be replaced has never been addressed. I would welcome sitting down and talking with management or emailing them. You are welcome to come by and see the beige garage trim/door, eaves, windows, door etc etc. I feel someone has been less than honest with you Mr Turnbull...and it hasn't been me. PS Wish site allowed more than one photo to be posted... Contracted Turnbull after getting four quotes. Was very impressed with sales presentation and hired them. (quote was mid range of quotes received). Had Chris add replacing flashing to match news eaves, windows etc. It was added at no additional cost. I think the roof was done well, however the flashing is terrible. It is the wrong colour (cream...my trim is sandstone beige). It was not explained to me that the flashing would be a giant rectangle and the existing flashing would be underneath. I thought replaced meant, well, replaced... When Chris came to have a look when I complained he agreed the flashing above the door was poorly done and would be redone. He said it would cost me several hundred dollars to replace the incorrect coloured flashing. I asked about removing the very intrusive flashing above the small peak and he agreed. I asked about caulking removal and he said they would try. Guess what...I have "lovely" cream stripe of caulking...no attempt made to remove. The flashing above the door was not replaced or fixed...it is not even the full length of the overhand...cut short. I have paid in full...not a fighter but am very disappointed. Had recommended this company to a couple of friends, but no more. I can only hope the roof was done better than the flashing. Sales promises exceeded delivery...also left cheque in mailbox for pickup almost four weeks ago. Still haven't received receipt or the "transferable warranty" information. Perhaps it's not worth the paper it's printed on anyways...

Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to take this time to clarify some of the details you noted. Chris explained that the flashing would be installed this way as the existing flashing(set into the mortar) was in good shape and not recommended to remove, to which you agreed. When Chris asked for the colour, you responded "the same as the rest of the house". This conversation was had over the phone so Chris went by to check. He asked if you wanted "cream", as there was cream coloured siding installed over the garage. You responded "that sounds good". So of course, that was what we installed. Had we known the colour was "Sandstone Beige" we gladly would've installed that. Upon completion of the roof/flashing you said the roof was "very well done", but that you weren't happy with the flashing colour. Although it was the colour you chose, we offered to remove the flashing at no charge(cautioning that new caulking may be extremely difficult to remove) or replace it again at cost. $150. You asked that some of the flashing be removed, which was done within a few days. From there we received a message saying, "you weren't happy and weren't paying". Over the course of the following 3-4 weeks Chris left numerous messages attempting to meet and discuss any remaining concerns. We received zero correspondence during that time. He finally received a response 4 weeks after completion of the job saying "your cheque is in the mailbox".
We have been honest and forthcoming in trying to come to reasonable solutions to your concerns and have always conducted ourselves with integrity. Although, you haven't replied to any of our communications, we are still more than willing to meet and discuss any further concerns you have. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Scott was amazing with two situations I had. First time was raccoons trying to get into attic. Second call (several months later) was for birds coming down one of my fireplace chimneys. He capped both chimneys and fixed damage in another area of roof where raccoons tried to get in again. Have already recommended Scott to a neighbour. She is also thrilled with his work. She had paid over $1200 to other companies and still had problem...Scott solved problem in under $400.
