Richard was prompt, professional and polite. He answered all our questions patiently. The treatment he used took care of the wasp hive very effectively. It was in a tiny gap where the hive wasn’t visible or reachable. Richard continued to follow up with us over the course of the week to check if we had any issues. Would recommend the service.

They were careful with our furniture and boxes and nothing broke in the process. They worked quickly and finished our work in under the time they estimated.
