I do not recommend Nortown. We had 5 quotes, they came in middle of the pack and with the reviews/rating I saw here we went with them. We had 2 problem areas with a prior paving job and were specific about excavating those areas properly with a new base and the finish over those. I have photos of the spraypaint lines where the excavation was to happen prior to the work. I was not able to be home the day they did the work. Shortly after the job, ~4 months, the driveway began to crack in exactly those areas again. I contacted them and they wanted to give it 6 mote months "to let it settle and then we will fix it." Over the next 20 months I continually followed up with them, always getting "we will call you back." One time they came out and squirted some black tar into the cracks. Ugly and it just kept breaking. I suspect they did not excavate as we agreed. The lack of responsiveness alone is enough to not recommend them.

Nortown Paving Highly recommended the Client to remove the existing asphalt and place a new base instead of resurfacing. The area's that was promised the removal Nortown paving completed as per agreement to the contract.
We take our clients concerns/ repairs very seriously and do our best to resolve the issues in a professional and timely fashion matter. The miscommunication was also that the client was out of town very often and was a challenge to communicate. The fall of 2016 Nortown did a repair which is satisfactory to industry standard. Nortown Paving & Construction have over 100 great reviews and at times its hard /impossible to satisfy unreasonable issues that occur in this field/ industry.
