Had a brand new A/C unit installed in June, and before the end of July I had to thaw the exchange in my furnace TWICE, and flooded my mechanical room. I am now told they did not charge the unit properly with coolant, and this is causing the issue. Real professionals here...NOT! The installer also did not have the proper parts with him on install day, delaying the installation. I guess packing a few duplicate items is out of their scope. This is the fourth unit we have installed in a new home, and will NEVER call them again. 2 weeks of my messages, emails and texts left see NO response from this company. I will be filing a complaint wherever I can, but looks as if I have to have another company fix it.
