He not only did a thorough job inspecting the home from top to bottom, but also took the time to address any and all concerns that we had regarding aspects of the house. Every questions was answered, no matter how simple or complex, and Michael was sure to give us both verbal and written insight as to any issues or concerns he had noticed. He also gave us advice on different methods of addressing issues that were noted. I would strongly recommend his services. He is professional, friendly, and his attention to detail is impressive.
