In many years of being a home owner, I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company. Their reps are very efficient at calling constantly to get customers to place orders, but when the orders are actually placed your installers are always late, there's no communication with the customer as to what is going on and I will just NEVER order with them again. Please save yourself from a bad experience and don't let this awful company fool you with their good prices. Not worth it!!!

I hired Elegant Homes Renovations to install a new kitchen in response to an ad that read: "Handy Man Professional Services". Mark came to our house and quoted a new kitchen to us claiming that he knew and worked with the kitchens cabinets that we purchased very well. The "Professional Services" that were delivered with the installation of this kitchen were everything but professional, starting with a very messy work site (nothing was tidied up or cleaned and nails were left all over floors), huge poorly cut drain holes, unwanted holes done on brand new doors because of wrongful drilling for handle placement, unstable kitchen island, nails sticking out of brand new cabinets, loose foot kicks, missing shelves and more. We have been patiently waiting for the contractor Mark giving him the opportunity to come back to our house and fix what's wrong but he has not showed up to the appointments that we have set and can not commit to a date and time to come to our house and properly finish the kitchen that he quoted and got paid for. We are an honest hard working family and I really hope that my review can help others and save them from a terrible experience. All we wanted is a kitchen we could enjoy and feel proud of and what we got is an awful experience, a poorly finished kitchen that we are ashamed of and lots of sleepless nights.
