started as reliance protectron with reasonable service, company sold to ADT--the most unreliable company. Now there is issues with billing, technical support etc. Never recommend to anyone. This is just a wastage of money

They were initially voxcom, then they became reliance protectron--then they were bought by ADT, which in itself had a bad reputation; so its useless to expect anything good out of this company. They keep on having on my monthly bills and promise on crediting me back; it never happens and I have been calling them 3 months in a row.

I had water leak in my basement with finished ceiling. Although I told the booking person, a camera would be needed to see where the leak is in the ceiling and she said they have camera, but when the plumber came he said they have only sewer camera. They still charged me despatch fee of 75.00 plus other fees 15.00. A whole bunch of swindlers; when asked booking lady--she said" I am not a plumber, so I don't know what camera was needed"

Robert Leckie was very professional and thorough. He did a very efficient work in rekeying our locks. I would definitely recommend his services to any homeowner. We were referred to him by our realtor.

With the storm during this summer, an old big Russian olive tree in our backyard fell, damaging our fence and blocking our neighbors front yard. While none of the tree removal companies responded/were willing to help, Yardworx took care of it in pouring rain.

Our Cedar shake roof was more than 15 years old and some shakes were wearing out. Darwin did a great job in repairing it with genuine red cedar shakes. He was punctual and efficient.

I was very impressed with the work of City Glass, they were punctual, efficient, consumer friendly. Their window is making my heating bills go down. Special thanks to Sheldon, who fixed our windows.

I was very satisfied with the quality and price. It is much better than the asphalt shingles available in the market. Because the shakes are made of genuine cedar wood.
