I am very disappointed with this company. I read the review before hire them. They are slow and not efficient. They are overcharge. I wasn't told they charge 10% fuel gas fee. Only max 3 hours job, they charge in almost $1200. I have to pay extra $250 to find other people to move my piano. It was my nightmare. I won't recomment them at all.

Hi Vicky, while you are entitled to your own opinions I do not believe it is fair to lie about the estimate given. What was given was an estimate of 7-10 hours plus a piano charge of $150 to move an upright piano main floor to main floor. You were moving a full 3 bdr house which takes a lot longer than 3 hours even though we still managed to do it in 7, not to mention the piano was on the top floor of a spiral staircase and had to come over the railing. We also went over the bill with you before the move even started to explain how we charge and had you sign off that you were ok with this before we moved anything. I'm sorry you felt like we didn't live up to expectations as far as the piano is concerned but proper communication with us beforehand is essential for us to do our job safely. The move did go flawless and not a thing was damaged, so I hope you can at least consider that a win:)
