Regal produces high quality wooden shutters. Jim installed the shutters and he was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Initially I had wanted California shutters in my kitchen but Jim suggested that there might be too much wood for a small space. He was right - I absolutely love these shutters!
While the repairs we requested were done quickly and efficiently, I was told that there were MANY things that also needed to be fixed as soon as possible. This list totalled thousands of dollars and when I called another company for a 2nd opinion, I discovered that no additional repairs needed to be done.

Encore Home Improvements is an outstanding company! I interviewed several representatives from various window companies and, although Encore was not the cheapest, I was impressed with Anthony's knowledge and honesty. He clearly explained the difference between brick-to-brick and retrofit installations. Not only did Anthony answer all of my questions, but he brought a sample window and gave me a chart of questions to ask and compare other companies so that I could make a well- informed decision when purchasing new windows. There was never any pressure to buy from Encore and all questions were promptly answered by phone or email. The installers were prompt, respectful and took pride in quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Encore Home Improvements!
