We had 3 quotes to refinish floors with hydronic heating for a home that we recently purchased. Of the 3 David was most knowledgeable. He was the only one with a theory of why the floors "aged" as they had; he discussed in great detail his company's process and the materials they use; he also disclosed that he charged a slightly higher price to compensate for the higher quality finishes. The work was exceptional and was completed on time. Great value for the money. I highly recommend their services.
