We had a new shower and counter top installed by Loyalist Tile in our master bath last year. The workmanship was not up to standard and they did not complete the job. We have been trying to get them back ever since to complete the work and make repairs. They continue to promise that they will be out in a few days to do the work and they never show up and never call. We made the mistake of paying for the work and It has been over a year now without any success.
