Wow I wish I had read the reviews before I chose this company. The worst service experience I have ever had. Where do I begin. From the moment the Sales Rep walked into my house to the last conversation I had them. I agree with another review on this site the Sales rep was pushy and obnoxious. He was more concerned with upselling and telling me how good he was that he did not educate me about the product at all. When the windows were installed I was shocked to see that they were nothing I expected. They have a mirror like appearance that is different from all of the windows on my first floor. The rep should have showed me a sample or pictures explaining this. But he was more concerned in upselling me to the Eclean windows that he didn't care that the curb appeal of my home would be compromised. For the record Eclean windows are harder to clean than any other window I have seen. Then they installed a double slider in my daughters room. Double to me means 2 windows that slide from both sides. What we got was 3 windows, 2 sliders and 1 fixed. If the window was large enough that would be great to be able to open both at the same time, however the window is too small and and there is not room to do so. Again the sales reps error. When I called to let them know they pretty much told me that I signed the contract and I got what I signed for. Furthermore we replaced our old double pane windows with these new superior triple pane ones. They are useless. Our windows not only have no soundproofing, they are frigid to the touch on a cold winter day. I called BH right away to express all of my concerns, I forwarded emails to all of the managers including Joe Saborski the owner. The sales manager offered to replace the glass one year ago. Still hasn't been done. I called back to follow up and he was absolutely uncooperative. He actually mocked me by saying Ya Ya you hate your windows, we sold you the worst windows in the world. What do you want me to do about it. I have NEVER EVER seen such mistreatment of a customer. They keep sending service people over to inspect the windows, they all keep saying there is nothing wrong with my windows. The biggest problem with my windows is that I received a product I didn't ask for!!!!! Noone wants to take responsibility for anything at this company.

We called Aldo's Shutters and Blinds for Custom Shutters and we could not have been happier. From the first phone call to the final installation this company has exceeded our expectations. Aldo has so much experience in this industry he knew things that no other company knew. We love our new shutters and will recommend them to everyone!
