We initially called Fresh Water for a water softener repair. The service man (Phillip) told us what part may be required but could not obtain it himself . He had told us before coming that if he could not fix the unit he would not charge for the service call, which he did not. In the end we had to replace the unit. Again Phillip came to do the installation. He arrived on time was polite, friendly and very informative about the new unit. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a water softener.
