Jay Thomas construction did an excellent job of renovating my basement and main floor. Installed tiling, new doors, laminate flooring, painted the entire basement and most of the upstairs, did some finishing carpentry and even did some plumbing. All work Jesse performed was above grade. Jesse is honest, does great work and didn't go over budget. Finished the project on time, showed up every day and worked diligently. I would not hesitate to hire his company again and I highly recommend them for any of your renovation requirements.

Everyone I interacted with at this company was polite, honest and pleasure to deal with; which included the owner, the booking staff and the crew that came to my house. The owner of the company came over to give me a quote. At first I wanted to replace my patio door, which was installed in 2000. He convinced me I just needed to have it re-installed and didn't need to replace it. That saved me a significant amount of money up front. Speaking from experience in dealing with many different trades/contractors over the last fifteen years in Calgary, I don't think many contractors would be that honest. A crew of four showed up at my house to replace a window and re-install my door. The crew was very professional, friendly and just good guys. They did a fantastic job. The door has never worked better and the window install was perfect. Cleaned everything up well, even cleaned the glass when they finished up.
