Rough. Young incompetent kids. Lack of experience. Broken furniture, lamps, and misplaced items. Lots of misplaced items. Non wrapped items thrown into boxes arriving broken. Non wrapped furnishings placed in truck arriving marred or cracked. No recommendation here people!!!
