Bathroom and Laundry Room Renovation Jim was the consummate professional from the initial quote to the finished product. He was always punctual and courteous and is very easy to talk to. Our bathroom renovation was started and finished on time and within the quote. Totally on budget. We left the complete project in Jim’s skilled hands while we went on vacation. We stayed in contact as the job progressed. Along the way I had questions which Jim answered promptly. The workmanship was excellent and exactly what I had asked for. No surprises during the entire project. Project consisted of a complete bathroom renovation that included incorporating a stacking washer/dryer in to the bathroom. I would highly recommend Jim and ROI Reno’s for any project. I would definitely use him again and again. Love my new bathroom and laundry!!!!

Hired this company to do the cleaning at my senior parents home. Initially they were good but over time quality of service went down. I complained several times to the manager. I was told they would do better and they did for a short while. I finally got tired of contacting them re quality of service and quit using them.
