Provided close to $10K deposit to purchase wood to do hardwood floors in entire home - no small job. Estimated install date came and went now just excuses so have demanded refund back. Contacted hardwood supplier and wood not even purchased with the deposit! Have asked for a refund of deposit and will not return calls or emails. Sent 2 text msgs and promised money but still not received as of today. This contractor came highly referred to me, had seen his work and was very responsive at the outset but wish I had read the other comments because sounds like this isn't the first time he's done this. Untrustworthy.
