Right from the get go with meeting Stephen Gilbert (the service consultant) from Roy Inch and Sons he was very cordial and he explained in great detail his proposal for the new air-conditioning system. The workmanship on the installation was superb and completed in a timely fashion. It is currently working perfectly. To conclude, my thanks to Roy Inch and sons!
