Ultimately Lifestlye's came through with acceptable workmanship, but it took 9 months, countless calls and emails to get to this conclusion. My recommendation would be to NOT allow installation in the winter despite their reassurances that it is possible. Also, document all of your interactions as you may need to refer to them for a future small claims court proceeding. Their original crew were not respectful of our property nor were they reliable. The follow up crew that finally came to fix the issues were a huge improvement and they made every effort to ensure that the workmanship was completed with care and diligence. The product itself seems great though it dents when men in workbooks walk across it.

As a Realtor it pays to know a Great Home Inspector who is thorough, knowledgable and trustworthy. Don is all of these and more. He has just handled an inspection for me personally and I have had clients hire him in the past, all without issues. Don knows different insulations, heating systems, electrical, plumbing, building codes and standards and freely shares his information in a calm and professional manner. You can count on him to check every system and appliance without reservation and document those that have flaws. Thank you Don!

Jody provides an un-itemized invoice and requests deposits for materials costs; neither of which any consumer should accept. He refused to return the deposit when asked to cancel the contract. He has no integrity towards vulnerable (senior) consumers and has dishonestly about the cost of materials in order to reap a higher profit for himself. The work he performed was satisfactory for the most part and while he was on the job site he was courteous. ***Jody, I kept my review brief and to the point. Trying to obtain a start date from you took a week to arrange and you constantly went back on your word to contact me yourself. You stated the material cost $700, however Home Depot sells the exact components for $430.00. My father gave you a cash tip because he suffered a stroke and his reasoning and judgement have been impaired due to it. I did make sure to give you a fair rating balanced between your positive and negative attributes. It is only fair to inform the general public of the experience they may encounter. Elizabeth.

The only thing I don't really understand is your parents (your dad ) have me a 20 dollar tip on completing the job. He seemed very happy and satisfied. I don't understand why you are trying to bash me and my company.
