What was supposed to be a rewarding renovation project with our hard earned money, has turned into a 5 year ordeal of multiple phone calls and delays, dealing with non-compliance issues with city building permit, false promises, and more disappointment. From signing the contract in 2009, the sunroom was finally delivered and built over several months in 2013. It rain-flooded multiple times before it was fully enclosed. During the winter 2013-14, the room was very drafty and cold, both sliding and swing doors are missing insulating seals. The sliding door does not slide properly. As of July 2014, still no insulation seals on doors, the eaves troughs still not installed, and glass panels still not fully sealed, so every time it rains, there are multiple leaks.
