I've been a customer for 17 years. A year ago I had windows replaced and Protectron put the contacts right on the fames themselves so everyone can see. A contact fell off last week. Had it replaced yesterday and the guy cracked my new window while screwing in the contact. The he reset my disarm password so that when I went to disarm the alarm this morning, I couldn't. Had to set off the alarm to get to the power box and eventually had to shut off the breaker to get it to stop. I'm done with them. They've been so awful in the past couple of years. They actually tried to charge me for electrical tape used by one of their technicians.
