In January 2012, we noticed our windows kept fogging up in bedrooms and along the North side of the house. A window salesman came out and recommended new windows with better seals. In the spring of 2013 IAQ Ottawa performed a test that revealed our house was under negative pressure due to mechanical equipment. Turns out the HRV intake grill was completely blocked by grass clippings. Shawn cleaned the grill (and showed me how to clean my HRV Unit) and this winter our old windows remained fog free
