I had mold in my attic due to ventilation issue. I called Inspections Channel Inc. to treat the mold. Gerrard gave me the next available appointment and his team arrived right on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and did a fantastic job of getting rid of the mold and left no mess after they were done. Gerrard was very quick in providing the certificate, report and before and after pics. There charges were reasonable as well and their work was detailed and immaculate. Me and my family were very satisfied with their work.

As part of our house facelift project, we needed California shutters for our windows and new fibreglass entry door. My friend recommended Universal Window Decor for the job. When I called them, Sutha came for the assessment promptly and also shared his experience and knowledge on various options. He meticulously took all the details and measurement and promised a delivery date (in my opinion it was a bit aggressive and I thought it will not be met). However, To my surprise Sutha called me two days before the due date and arranged the installation. They delivered a great quality product with the right price. Installation done was professional and clean. His team was very good and experienced. They also cleaned all the debris and took away all the garbage after they finished the job.
