Thank you Amir! I urgently contacted three companies in an effort to source a competent, highly skilled PC tech who could fix my PC which had failed to open critical work files and trade programs. I shared that I'd recently lost several files as well. I was impressed with PCNix's approach to charge by IT solution rather than time and Amir's professionalism. Not only did PCNix surprisingly retrieve my lost files (side note: that Geeksquad told me were permanently lost!) but also repaired by PC the SAME DAY!...I'm back on track, productive and working on my PC.
