An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I used Handybook recently after moving in to a new condo. We needed to: (1) Get the place cleaned (2) Have 2 TV's mounted I actually found out about them after seeing a door hanger on my floor at my condo building that was clearly left there after Handybook was at there unit. Smart! Handybook was fantastic for both of these things. It was nice to be able to do everything through there website. The cleaner was 15 minutes late, but she had texted me to let you know which I thought was a nice touch. The TV mounting was awesome and seemed to be priced reasonably. The guy got those TV's on the wall in no time and they are still there! He was nice and respectful
