An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Stephen and the team from The Waterproofer were wonderful. The job was started and finished on time and for the amount quoted, most unusually these days. The work was a underneath the back deck in cramped quarters. Yet it was done promptly, over the course of 4 days with a minimum of fuss and bother. Stephen was on site regularly checking the process and progress. His men were courteous and professional cleaning up and replacing everything possible. I recommend The Waterproofer to anyone who is looking to get this type of work done.
