Had 15 potlights that were burnt out and needed complete replacement. Called these guys and the job was done two hours later! They even changed two extra potlights but accident and didn't charge me.
I wrote a negative review of this company here after a job is very unsatisfied with and KC called me within hours to fix everything. I think most of the problems are related to the tech he sent to do the job. I'll edit the review further once the job is complete.
I am truly sorry for our company first tech that did not live up to your expectations. You noticed I was on the phone with you right away and made arrangements to come over quickly at your convenience and had all the issues rectified at a highly discounted rate so that I can make you happy and satisfied, which you stated I managed to. Custom build of office shelving and deal
Shane was professional and responsive from the first phone call. My builder tried to charge me more than double what Shane did and he was far more efficient and reachable than I could have expected. Shane provided us with a great design after meeting with us and we were happy with it from the beginning. The job was finished efficiently in just over a week and the finished product is gorgeous. Everyone who visits is blown away. We needed a small hole drilled to feed computer wires after the job was done and paid for and Shane came back and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommended!
