Two days of painting services for a 950 ft2 condo (all rooms) provided by Jamie and AJ. Half the cost was for labor and other half for material (color was light so more paint was needed). I contacted Jamie a few months ago when budget planning for purchasing my first home this summer. He was very helpful with providing budget estimates based on rough idea of apartment size and layout. When I finalized paperwork on the purchase, Jamie came as soon as he was called to do an on site visit and explained how his team would approach the job (i.e. take off all electrical plates, tape all areas that needed protection, cover floors, move furniture etc). He patiently answered all questions I had about his services and took note of requests (there were a bit patching, sanding etc needed). As the paint color chosen was quite light and existing color was darker, Jamie and his assistant AJ used several coats of paint to ensure there was total coverage. In places where there were visible lines and indentations on the wall (from a previous drywall project not done perfectly well and holes not properly patched), Jamie and AJ took the time to ensure the wall was flat and looked smooth from all angles. AJ also provided complimentary handyman service by helping fix little problems with closets, window blinds etc. After the job was complete, there was a slight issue with one place on the wall so AJ came back with another member of the crew to look it over and fix the problem without charging additional fees. The condo looks beautiful and the project came in on budget. Excellent service all around. I have already referred this team to friends and would definitely hire Jamie and his crew again myself.
