That routine maintenance can save a great deal of money in the future. As for the vacuum, when going in attics there is always some residual insulation that falls to the floor. Covering peoples belongings and cleaning up after myself only makes sense. It is quick and easy. I truly believe that if you cannot leave a home in the same condition in which you entered it, then you should not enter it.
