Renato is my go-to guy for heating and air conditioning. He has helped me several times over the years. He has always done his best to repair the issue rather than immediately trying to sell me a whole new unit. He kept my old air conditioner going for several years, and patiently came and serviced it several times, knowing it was on its last legs. When it came time to replace it, he recommended a smaller unit than I had before. My house was never cold enough so this worried me but he explained that my old unit was too big, which was causing the problems. I trusted him and he was right! The air conditioning worked much better with the smaller unit. On Saturday, I woke up to no heat. He arrived at my house within an hour. He had worked on my furnace before and had been warning me that parts for that model were no longer available, and I'd probably be looking at a new furnace next time something went wrong. When he said - yep, it's time - I didn't even question it since he's been so honest with me. Again, he told me my unit was too big for the square footage of my house and recommended a smaller unit. He checked in with me a few times over the weekend, to make sure I wasn't freezing. He and his team were here this morning (Monday) installing my new furnace. They tested every vent and took the time to explain everything. My house is toasty and the price was less than I expected. 10 out of 10 stars from me!

I was without power for 5 days during the ice storm over Christmas. On Christmas morning, I woke up to frozen pipes. After several phone calls to people who couldn't help me, I found Santos, who said he'd be right over. On Christmas morning! When he arrived, I asked him the price, thinking it would be high given the holiday. Instead, he said - it's Christmas, and cut his usual price! With the help of a generator, he managed to unfreeze my pipes and then offered to lend me a generator and several very powerful space heaters. I followed him in my car to his house and he loaded me up. Suddenly Christmas got a whole lot better - I had heat, light and my pipes didn't burst. When the hydro finally came back on, I drove back to his house to drop everything off. He refused to take any money from me for the things he had lent me. My daughters observed that while his name may be Santos, he was really Santa to us that day. Will never use anybody else!
