I just had a new BOFF wall bed installed in my apartment and I could not be happier. Marco was very helpful from the very beginning, giving me advice on what would be the ideal set up for my apartment and being very honest about what could be done with my limited space. The excellent customer service continued with the installation team, which was polite, clean, and knew exactly what they were doing.
