We wanted to make sure that we hired a team based out of Calgary as we had previously terrible experience with a third party moving company that contracts out crews from out East. Needless to say, there is little to no accountability for the quality of service when you are thousands of kilometers away. After reviewing comments here on HomeStars, we hired Furniture Relocators to pick up furniture from two locations and deliver them to our new home in Calgary. The FR team did an amazing job and took excellent care of all of our belongings while moving items to and from the truck. The staff was personable, very friendly, and super efficient. We budgeted at least 4 hours for the job, but they were able to move everything within 3 hours including time on the road. I would highly recommend Furniture Relocators to anyone who is looking to move in the Calgary area. Not only are they competitively priced and very punctual (they showed up 20 minutes ahead of schedule!), but they clearly take pride in their work and treat all of the items that they are moving like it was their own.
