We booked a smaller van well in advance. On the moving day we showed up at the location in Guelph only to find out they don't have the van our size available (and we had to wait for 2 hours to get a van two sizes up). We got an upgrade but had to pay for it, ridiculous!
It took so long to get our countertop done (over 6 weeks when initially we were told 2-3 weeks), however, they did a good job and the price was pretty reasonable.
Andrew. B. did home inspection for us - he did a good job and gave us a binder with all the info on our house including recommendations on things to be fixed and their urgency. We are a young family and the price was a little high but you get what you pay for!
