I’m a contractor who’s always requiring special needs and tonnes of material delivery at different location on a short times notice. Each time I called them to order, they were able to delivery on site the same day and often right away. Their customer service is A-1, contractor or not and the guys in the yard will not make you waste your time when they load your material for you. It is the most friendly and efficient service in town!!

Last year I called Craftsman millwork and design for a little challenge, built a kitchenette in an octagonal gazebo which is not always heated on winter. They came to take there template of the counter and explain me the issue of having a kitchen in a non-heated area. So they built it with exterior grade material and it is the second winter happening right now and everything is still perfect with no splitting or chipping. Thanks to Craftsman millwork team!!! I met Steve in 2006 when he hired my company for sub-contracting some exterior finishing work on a house that he was building. We have been working together on and off since and he’s knowledge about carpentry is beyond expectations. Building houses in Vancouver require logistic and special skills management. He will be the first one on site with all the material and his tool ready to start and work nonstop all way through the end of the day. You may see him at lunch time with a sandwich in one hand and a hammer in the other working without resting. Steve just finished a commercial renovation project for me that required working sometime on weekend and he is the only one I would trust to complete the contract by himself. Steve is your guy!
