RHI Home Inspections came to us as a referral from our real estate agent. Rick has done numerous inspections for our agent and she felt very comfortable recommending his company. I was prepared to spend much more money for someone with less accreditation than Rick as this was our biggest purchase ever. Everything you read on his website is absolutely 100 percent true. Rick is a honest down to earth person who tells it exactly as it should be told. He follows a methodical path through the home both inside and outside. What I really liked was Rick taking the time after each area was evaluated to explain in simple terms what he was looking for and what he found and lastly his recommendation going forward. Yes, you get all of this in the very detailed inspection report but to actually have it explained to you is a true bonus. Rick is not only knowledgeable but courteous and arrived exactly on time. We've all seen the Home Inspection shows on TV. Rick does not tear down walls or ceilings but his infra red camera and mould detection devices go just as far without the intrusion. I left the inspection feeling like I got double what I paid for and then some. You owe it to yourself to hire Rick for your inspection.
