It was an House addition project plus major renovation of existing house and re-finishing of basement. We decided to extend first floor converting porch to office and extend second floor over attached garage and new office. Total added new living space is more than 1000 sq.feet. As well front of the house was completely refaced. House is 30-year old and basement was finished about 20 years ago and required major update. It was very exciting project. Planning new bedrooms and bathrooms, designing new facade. But all this was done on existing house where at construction time lived 6 people. Sounds exciting on one hand and terrifying on another. But I think that we remember only good about that time because of Renopoint and Dilmurat, who managed this project from end-to-end. We got very clear picture on what, when and how will be done. Living area was carefully separated from construction. All construction area was covered from rains. All was cleaned after construction is done. Project was finished as scheduled even with our custom requests in the middle of construction. Will I recommend Renopoint? Definitely. We bought 30 year old "property" (that's how our agent called this old house) and after Renopoint finished project we got HOME that we all love.

Guys where nice enough, came on time, connected to the one wing only of my duct and for next 10 minutes putting air in opening across my house. Then took all staff and loaded it in the truck. They did not clean actual duct and returning. They did not close openings so dust was coming from joined openings. I was upset with result. So, it's definitely cheap, but result :(
