I have been involved in a few home inspections previously so knew what to expect. I found Rick through the internet and his reviews looked good so decided to give him a try. I arrived a bit early to find him already checking out the roof. Throughout the whole process Rick was very professional, and all explanations were clear and informative, His extensive experience both in doing the inspection and in explaining everything clearly shows. The report received via email shortly after the inspection was complete and a very good summary of all the issues. All told I have nothing negative at all to say. I will definitely call on Rick again the next time I need a house inspection.
