My garage door was not closing with the automated garage door opener, but would open without problem. Manually, no problem. I described the problem, they said it was probably the alignment of the sensor. I fixed it myself in one minute. One must appreciate a company that gives advise to fix a simple problem without having someone to arrive and charge you.
