Michael is fantastic. We had our home inspected just before closing in April. Our home requires a fair bit of upgrading. Michael went through everything we needed to pay attention too. All of the professionals we have had come through have commented on how knowledgable Michael is and he was bang on with all his recommendations. All of the conveniences of technology were great for us. From booking to communicating to paying for our inspection. We are busy, Michael is busy but we had an easy time to communicate.
