We looked in the vast majority of furniture stores in the SE, we were looking for a 10 foot grey sectional with a right hand chaise, which was nearly impossible to find in our price range. We ended up finding two that we somewhat liked but they were $3000+ as well as made in China. On a whim, we decided to check out this store which I swear we've parked in front numerous times and never actually knew what they were.
We first dealt with Ryan, although they didn't have anything we wanted on the floor, they had one the size we were looking for, one with the arms we were looking for, etc... So we came back after thinking about it and this time, dealt with Michelle as well as the owner I think, I don't remember his name. Everyone was phenomenal, they spent time showing us material samples after material samples, they really helped us design exactly what we were looking for, for our price range with the durability that we were looking for.
We started the process at the end of February knowing that we wanted the piece sometime in May (we didn't know our possession date). We let them know this and it was delivered on the exact date we wanted.
The piece looks phenomenal, it is comfortable and looks great. If we ever needed another piece for the basement or any room, we would not hesitate to go through them. When we eventually need to replace our mattress (not from them), we will be going there as well.
TL;DR A+ on the price, design, delivery, quality
EDIT Oct 14 (five months later): wanted to edit to show how phenomenal the stain guarding they use is; I dropped a chocolate cupcake icing side down, twice (see pictures).. The entire thing came out! Best $200-300 (don't remember what it was) ever spent!
