These guys cared enough to return and see that the treatment was complete and done right. Excellent customer service and consideration to their work and reputation. Highly recommended! Treatment was thorough upon the 'check-up' visit and lawn looks fab.
Had Paul Barret of Canaduct come in an provide both an estimate and, once everything was explained in detail - which was great - gave him the go ahead with the cleaning of the ducts in our bungalow (w. finished basement). The service was fast, and very effective, we feel (and can smell!). The all natural anti-bacterial treatment is a super feature. The filters in both the furnace and the humidfier were changed and the information Paul provided about general house/furnace care was informative and helpful. Paul was accompanied by a really great assistant named Alex who was equally helpful and amicable. The process was 'minimally invasive' in that they didn't have to swing the doors wide open, but went through the small basement window and into the furnace with the suction device/tubing. And wow - his service sucked - what I mean is that the machine in the truck sucked out the filth using tremendous pressure (suction) compared to other services we've known/had ... you could tell. Just really powerful! Anyhow, I would strongly recommend Canaduct as your go-to company for duct cleaning and furnace maintenance. You don't get a service or service staff better than this - that is a fact. Do yourselves a favour - get yourself healthy and get this service in your home ASAP.
