I would recommend Inch by Inch Inspections as I found them to put my mind at ease in regards to a home inspection I had them perform. Not only did they provide the information they found during the inspection but Tony the inspector I had explained all findings with great detail and a polite and professional manner. A very detailed report was given to me and I was encouraged to ask questions during and once the inspection was completed. I have had inspections before in the past with other companies but unfortunately have had bad experiences. Now that I have used Inch By Inch Inspections my recommendation to use them for all their services comes highly recommended from myself to my friends and family. It is definitely worth having the inspection when purchasing a property for peace of mind. It also is a must in regards to negotiating your purchase price.
